Latest Wellness Travel News
As 2025 moves into its final months, it’s a great time to slow down, recharge, and focus on what makes you feel your best. Whether you’re looking to relax, spend time in nature, or focus on your health and wellbeing, we’ve rounded up some of the most inspiring experiences to help you finish the year feeling balanced and refreshed.
New Wellness Partners
To kick off our latest news, I’m thrilled to welcome two new dedicated wellness retreats in Europe. I had the chance to visit both this year, so I can share my personal experiences and what makes them so special. We also have some more new partnerships in the works so stay tuned.
Buff Medical Resort – Germany
Perched on the edge of Lake Constance, Buff Medical Resort combines luxury minimalist style accommodation with advanced medical diagnostics. During my visit, I was impressed by how the natural surroundings and medical facilities come together. A walk along the lake can lead directly to the resort’s first class diagnostics suite, including an on-site MRI.
The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. My room had a private infrared sauna, a deep soaking tub, and a balcony overlooking the park and lake, creating a calm place to relax or reflect. Each room also features the option for a simulated altitude climate to support sleep, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you are interested in heart health, vitality, or metabolic reset, the team combines advanced diagnostics with holistic therapies such as Watsu, yoga, and Ayurveda, helping guests understand and take ownership of their health.
Mount Med Resort – Austria
Located in the Austrian Alps, Mount Med Resort blends modern wellness science with the calm of a mountain setting. During my stay, I stayed in a Mountain Peak Junior Suite with views of the surrounding peaks. It was quiet, restful, and clearly designed to help guests recharge between treatments.
The resort has a structured approach to wellness. Diagnostics, personalised nutrition, and targeted therapies are all integrated into programs that focus on longevity, recovery, and overall health. I enjoyed the balance of activity and relaxation. Guided alpine walks and fitness sessions are complemented by extensive spa and pool facilities.
Mount Med feels like a true medical wellness resort. The combination of expert guidance, well-designed therapies, and the calm mountain setting makes it ideal for guests seeking meaningful results for health, fitness, or general wellbeing.
New Wellness Programs
I love to see the innovation from our long-term partners and so I’m also excited to share that RAKxa Integrative Wellness has launched four programs to address key aspects of wellbeing:

Energy Renewal – Helps restore vitality, mental clarity, and manage stress.
